Terms of reservation cancellation.
In order to avoid fines amounted to cost of 1 night stay in corresponding room, individual clients should cancel reservation until 12 am of local time 2 days prior to arrival date, and for the groups - 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of reservation can be done via phone, fax or e-mail.
NR-Non-refundable rate-no refund - Payment 100% prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Please carefully choose the tariff of reservation.
Rules of granting reservation
All reservations require guarantee and advance. If you are representative of company please send us guarantee letter from company name in which you should mention that accommodation will take place in corresponding dates. In you are private person You should make advance payment in the amount of 50% of accommodation to our bank account. All the questions which appear in the process of granting reservation we will answer gladly by e-mail or phone.
Group accommodation
Reservation of 4 or larger number of rooms should be done in advance. For reservation of group accommodation please address to hotel manager under following address: reservation@oselya.in.ua
Pay-time
Check-in time 14:00 (2:00 p.m.)
Check-out time 12:00 noon
Early check-in before 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) based upon availability.
Guarantee early check-in before 8 a.m.- full room rate, after 8 a.m. 50% of the rate.
Late check-out between 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) until 18:00 (6:00 p.m.) - 50% of the rate. After 18:00 (6:00 p.m.) - full rate.
Food
Prices are mentioned including breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be order for additional fee.
